A special day for our course Special Topics in Applied Business and Organizational Management of the Master Program “Applied Economics & Management” at Panteion University.
The Head of the Training Department at PPC, Iro Tente, joined our students on May 21st and shared with them insights and valuable experiences through the eyes of an HR expert.
With a direct and meaningful approach, she spoke to us about emotional intelligence and psychomanagement in HR, as well as career development within an organization.
