Psychomanagement in Action: From Guest Lectures to AI Exams at OAKA

As this inspiring semester draws to a close, we are deeply grateful for the opportunity to bring academic theory into real-world practice through the innovative Management course of our  Master’s program “Applied Economics & Management” at Panteion University.

A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Konstantinos Chalioris, Director General of the Olympic Athletic Center of Athens (OAKA), for not only being a guest speaker in our class but also generously inviting us to conduct the students’ final presentation and AI-driven examination in the prestigious Olympic Complex. His talk became the centerpiece of our final assignments and allowed students to critically explore leadership, and organizational transformation through the lens of emotional intelligence.

We also want to extend our warmest thanks to Professor Theodosios Palaskas, our team leader, who consistently supports innovation in education. His openness to new methodologies—like using an AI chatbot for student assessment and enabling self-evaluation via a digital platform—has empowered our Psychomanagement team to blend technology with emotional intelligence in the classroom.

We are proud of what we’ve built this semester and even prouder of our students for embracing this unique learning experience.
