The session of the Panteion Psychomanagement team’s course Special Topics in Applied Administration & Business and Organizational Management on May 28th, part of the Master’s Program “Applied Economics & Management”, welcomed a truly inspiring guest speaker: Hector Kostakis
With over two decades of marketing leadership in Greece and the Middle East, and now also an accredited Positive Psychology Life Coach, Η. Kostakis offered our students a powerful perspective at the crossroads of branding, emotional growth, and impactful leadership.
Drawing from both professional milestones and academic insight, he highlighted how self-awareness, resilience, empathy, and active listening can reshape our professional identities.
The audience responded with enthusiasm, engaging in meaningful dialogue that sparked reflection, creativity, and a renewed sense of leadership values — a learning experience that resonated far beyond the classroom.
